PERO MAS ESPECIFICO EL CONCRETO
EL MODULO DE ELASTICIDAD SE REFIERE SOLO AL CONCRETO O AL HORMIGON YA ARMDO
QUISIERA QUE SE ME ACLARE ESTE TEMA EN LA VERSION 14 DEL SAP ADEMAS DE TODOS LOS DEMAS ASPECTOS DEL MATERIAL CONCRETO

Soy muy nuevo en esto del sap2000 y del calculo. Sin embargo, tratare de explicarte a espera de algun comentario de alguien mas experto.

Cuando defines el material colocas solo el modulo de elasticidad del material que estas definiendo, si es concreto, solo colocas el modulo de elasticidad del concreto. NO colocas el del concreto armado.

Tienes la opcion para definir el acero de refuerzo como otro material tipo "rebar".
